EchoTools is an independent project by PiGON Evolutive AI, LLC. We keep this short and honest: here's exactly what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We use what you share to run EchoTools and to keep you posted about it — and we never sell your data to anyone.

What we collect

Your name and email — only if you join the code peeps or message the office. Giving them is your choice.
What you send Milo — the questions, messages, and ideas you type into the office, so Milo can answer and remember your conversation.
Basic, anonymous usage counts — via privacy-friendly analytics, so we know roughly how the site is doing. No profiles, no ad tracking.

The camera (if you wave to enter): the wave check runs entirely on your device. Frames are read to spot your wave and then thrown away — nothing is recorded, nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored. Prefer not to? Just knock instead — the button's right there.

Why we use it

To answer your questions through Milo.
To keep you in the loop — EchoTools news and a heads-up when a new tool opens (that's the point of joining the code peeps). You can opt out any time.
To run, protect, and improve EchoTools — including stopping spam and abuse.

Who helps us handle it

We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers purely to run EchoTools — to host the site, store your information securely, power Milo's replies, and block bots. They act as our processors: they handle your information only on our instructions, only to provide these services, and never for their own purposes. Some may process data in the United States. We're happy to share the specific list on request — just email us.

We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Using the extensions

EchoVoice and EchoAvatar run locally in your editor and include no telemetry or tracking. The one time anything you're working with leaves your machine is if you choose EchoVoice's ElevenLabs voice and add your own ElevenLabs API key — then the text of your AI partner's reply (never your own prompts) is sent to ElevenLabs to be spoken, under your own ElevenLabs account and terms. Every network action each extension can take is itemized in its DISCLOSURES.md.

Stored on your device

We use your browser's local storage to remember your name, email, and that you've visited, so Milo can greet you next time. That stays in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup and conversations for as long as you're part of the code peeps — or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time. Just email milo@pigon.ai and we'll take care of it.

Children

EchoTools isn't directed at children. If you're under 16, please don't use the site or send us personal information.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
