Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 August 2026

EchoTools is a free project by PiGON Evolutive AI, LLC. By using this website or our extensions, you agree to these simple terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

What EchoTools is

EchoTools is a set of free, open-source extensions for your code editor, plus this website. There's nothing to buy and no account required to browse.

The extensions

Using it fairly

Please don't misuse EchoTools — no attacking, overloading, or trying to bypass the security and rate limits of the site or of Milo, and nothing unlawful. We may limit or block access if that happens.

No warranty

EchoTools is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to make it good, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available, or that it will fit every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PiGON Evolutive AI, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EchoTools. It's a free tool offered in good faith.

Our stuff

The EchoTools website, name, branding, Milo, and its content belong to PiGON Evolutive AI, LLC. The extensions' source code is governed by its open-source license. Please don't pass our branding off as your own.

Third-party services

EchoTools relies on a few outside services to run (listed in our Privacy Policy). Their own terms apply to the parts they provide.

Changes

We may update these terms as EchoTools grows. We'll update the date above, and continued use means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
